• The order once placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or returned by the customer.
  • If there is any default in the product , the customer can exchange the product within the 15 days of billing. (At the discretion of Seller)
  • The exchange request will only be approved, after sharing the original copy of Invoice and the product should be in the same condition as delivered.
  • Some products sold directly by and covered under a manufacturer warranty, have the option of being repaired by a third-party repair service provider, who the manufacturer authorizes to repair their products. Customer are requested to contact directly the manufacturer or visit their website for further information.
  • Customer are requested to see and read the product warranty carefully. is not responsible for product which come under Manufacturer Warranty.
